At Chronoly Hour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at contact@chronolyhour.com to arrange an exchange.
