Refund Policy
At Chronoly Hour, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@chronolyhour.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we'll cover the cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
